I couldn't agree more. Walt Disney himself never expected the parks to be done. This means he knew things would have to change with time. I think that sites like re-imagineering help propagate this fear that today's imagineer's can do nothing right. They never post anything positive (ok, never is a little inaccurate, but rarely).

Legend of the Lion King was good. But frankly, how many Lion KIng attractions can you have. I love Festival of the Lion King at DAK more than the old puppet show. And the Circle of Life movie is good too. Besides Philarmagic is much better than the old Lion King deal.

True about the Legend of the Lion King, but you can't argue with how good Philharmagic is. That's a terrific addition to MK. Also, I think it is important to note that with Festival of the Lion King at AK, and I LOVE that show, the Legend may seem redundant if it were still there.

I agree with Jim Hill and yourself, about the recent plussing of attractions like POTC and addition of attractions like Buzz and Test Track.

You might run into some argument with the Philharmagic statement, though. I LOVE Philharmagic, it's now one of my faovrites; however, by many accounts, Legend of the Lion King was a beloved and favorite attraction that is missed much more than Dreamflight or World of Motion.

You make some good points, though. Thanks for linking to it in your DIS signature.
