TLC all over Epcot.

As critics hammer away at Disney World’s management with hyperbole about allowing the parks to fall into a decrepit state, we need to take a look at what has been and is going to happen at Epcot.  Recent history is showing us that this park is certainly not wasting away and is getting plenty of attention from Mouse management. Disney World Dining; Aloha Isle and the famous Dole Whip

Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom has many old favorites and exciting attractions to chose from. It is, of course, where you can find Pirates of the Caribbean and the Jungle Cruise. Kids love Aladdin’s Flying Carpets and its the long time home of the Tiki Birds. It is also where overheated park patrons can find that famous delicacy, the Dole Whip. Read the rest of this entry »

Taking a look at the PassPorter guide to Walt Disney World

One of the first things I do when I decide to book a Disney World vacation is to purchase some guidebooks. I don’t need them by any means. I’ve been to Walt Disney World enough times that I devise my own touring plans without the help of professionals. For some reason, I love to read the various guides to get me “psyched” for my trip (not that I need a lot of help in that regard). To me, the best books are the Unofficial Guide and the Passporter. Blue Sky ideas at the Disney Vacation Club
