I’m a DVC member and as good as having a DVC resort on the monorail line sounds, I’m going to agree with Biblioadonis.

What would be cool is instead of using the monorail as the primary transportation of choice between this new building and the Magic Kingdom if they could provide a private entrance ala Grand Californian at Disneyland.

I think you’ve hit the nail on the head - counter-rumors to increase the AKL DVC sales. I’m not buying it. I think the Contemporary will be DVC, and I hope to purchase points there once they go on sale.

The AKL is nice, but c’mon, this is a monorail resort! I’d rather watch Wishes from my window than a couple of giraffes.

Is this posting a rumor?

I am a DVC member and I am not excited about this one. The addition of a HUGE property to an already choked, congested and overcrowded monorail loop will certainly make a lot of people at the Poly and Grand Floridian pretty mad.

What would be absolutely incredible would be a separate way of getting into the Magic Kingdom from the supposed Contemporary Suites.
