The best of the three pirate movies was the first one. It had a great, understandable plot line - easy to follow. The 2nd and 3rd movies were a mess. That guy trying to sue Disney for stealing his script for Pirates may be looney, but when you compare the first movie with the other two, it doesn't seem that they were all written by the same writers.
