		<description>I agree with the first suggestion, but I'm certain that Health Code Regulations prevent the second unless they have a way of sanitizing the mug first.  You're perfectly free to handle your own germs but a food service employee can't help.  It's kind of the same thing as you picking up a cookie  yourself or thay handing it to you with their bare hand.</description>
